Artificial Light

A member led evening with talks on various aspects of the use of artificial (not natural!) light to produce images.

Topics covered will include use of flash, light pad photography, and light painting, including use of fibre optics.

We will look at

• Equipment – what is it, what does it do, how much does it cost
• Application – when/why would you use it
• Principles – how does it work, what photography settings/techniques
• Example images
