Competition D 2026 Results

Our Second Set Subject Competition of the 2025/2026 Season encouraged members to consider images that reflected an AUTOMOTIVE theme. This was a follow on from the excellent presentation given to the Club by Amy Shore, the professional car photographer in October.  Our judge for the evening, Richard Atkinson a long serving member of Stroud Camera Club, provided constructive and informative critique of the 17 print and 24 DPIs submitted by members. Richard admitted early on in the evening to be a real “Petrol Head” so his comments covered both the photographic characteristics of the images but also some  history and technical detail of the vehicles in the picture. The honours for the evening were shared between 15 different members and are detailed in the galleries below. We thank Richard for an entertaining evening as a uplifting counter to “Blue Monday” and look forward to a return visit in the future.
