Shaun’s ponderings – lockdown images. What photography have you been doing during lockdown over the last year? Val & Alun to kick off with what they’ve been up to. If anyone wants to contribute, it would great if you would let us know just so we can get a handle on timing or you can chip in on the night.

“Patrick’s influencers”. A quick introduction by Patrick’s to his library of source information which has influenced his approach to photography. This deals with favourite photographers and techniques. Let us know if you have key books you like to refer to. We could make up a bibliography and put it into Vignettes.

 “Dodging and Burning”. No, not a Tarantino film but a quick and dirty approach to the photographic subject precipitated by a question from Jill. Mike and I are going to look at the Lightroom and Photoshop approach to dodging and burning. We will have a look at one of Jill’s images which is going cross over into Paul presentation below on cloning. 

“Cloning”. No not Mary Shelley’s unpublished Frankenstein story but another trip into the mysterious world of making parts of an image disappear. Paul Jones is going to give us a quick run through and I’m sure there will be time for questions.
