Practical Night
An outdoor practical night
Meet at the Gateway Centre on the Spine Road (GL7 5TL) and we are going try a variety of photography from sunsets to back lit portraits. As a result of the latest guidance on group meeting, we are going to split into groups of up to six. On the basis of Monday night’s straw poll, it looks like we might get 10-12 so it’ll probably be two groups.
Here’s a list of relevant info:
1. Meet at 6.45pm.
2. Sunset is at 7.24pm.
3. Car parking is free.
4. The outdoor food and drink service at the Gateway Centre runs till 9.00 pm.
5. Walking around the lake there are a lot of lake edge opportunities for sunset photos,
hotel backdrop (lit up) photos, wildlife photos and we are going to try some outdoor
portrait photography.
6. Bring camera, lenses, tripod and flash kit if you have any.
7. We will try and have a “lead” photographer to guide us with the most experienced
for each group. I suggest Mike C and Shaun, if he is free.
Don’t forget to bring your camera, tripod, lenses and masks. Remember the masks go over your face, not your lens unless you are looking for an art shot!
Any questions contact Mike or Martyn.
