Bio: My interest in photography, as an art rather than record shots, really began with travelling in India in 2019. I had a vague idea of getting a DSLR camera but had no idea which one. After an excellent day’s course with Cotswold House Photography, I decided on a portable bridge camera – Panasonic Lumix FZ2000 (mirrorless)- which has, so far, proved to work well for me.
In lockdown I followed an online course that started from the absolute basics to working in manual. Since then workshops and holidays, home and abroad, have broadened my knowledge and experience.
I like to challenge myself – amazing how many images get binned – and explore different opportunities for interesting images. I do enjoy editing, mainly using Lightroom with a bit of Photoshop.
